Reception
If your reception is on campus and you have to leave the main building. You must make arrangements with the maintenance staff to return to the main building so it will be un-locked. Otherwise, if you leave the building for any period of time, it will be locked and you will not be able to get back in. If your reception is off campus, you will not be able to get back into the Chapel and/or basement.
If you wish to have a reception at Green Acres Baptist Church, you have several options available to you. Please confirm the availability of the room you would prefer with the Scheduling Coordinator. You may decorate the room you will be using as early as 8:00 a.m. on the morning of the reception.
