Eddy Espinosa is the Culinary Services Director. Serving since 2012, he holds an A.A. from Garces Commercial College, a B.A. from Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camille, GA and is working on an M.A. from Luther Rice Seminary in Lithonia, GA. Eddy comes to GABC from Prestonwood Baptist Church in Dallas, where he was Director of Ministry Support/Facilities/Food Service. He has also worked as Director of Food Services at First Baptist Orlando and Food Service Manager at McGregor Baptist in Fort Myers, FL. He is author of “Developing a Food Service,” a financial management manual, at Union Theological Seminary.
Eddy and his wife, Lorena, have four children and five grandchildren.
