Rich Toward God | Friday

True preparedness for eternity comes through being ‘rich toward God.’ This richness isn’t something we earn or achieve – it’s something God bestows on us through His Son, Jesus Christ. The resurrection changes everything because it proves that Jesus conquered death and offers us eternal life. When we confess Jesus as Lord and believe in His resurrection, we receive the only wealth that matters – a relationship with God that death cannot touch. Jesus went to the cross we deserved and rose again to secure our eternal future. This is the ultimate preparation for eternity. While the rich fool stored up treasures for himself, we can store up treasures in heaven through faith in Christ. Today, you can be truly prepared for eternity by trusting in Jesus’ finished work on the cross.
