The Green Acres Baptist Church Missions Ministry is organized around the Acts 1:8 model of ministry: To go out in to all of Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the ends of the earth to tell people the Good News of Jesus Christ. Through this model, our ministry is divided into 15 strategic partnerships in order to do our part to fulfill the Great Commission, which Jesus gave. Join us as we continue to work the work of Jesus' disciples throughout the centuries, taking the Word of Christ around the world!

Missions Staff
Dale Pond, Missions Minister
Dale Pond is the Green Acres Minister of Missions. Dale came to GABC in July 2004 after serving as Minister of Missions at First Baptist Church, Midland, Texas. Dale also served as an activities and youth minister and is a former university basketball and cross-country coach. Dale holds a B.A. degree in Bible Studies from Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, Texas and an M.A. in Religious Education and Recreation from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Dale and his wife, Judy, have three children.
