The counseling services provided by GraceWorks is designed to be short term and very practical. Our goal is to connect people with the great Counselor, Jesus Christ, and assist them in finding answers to life's problems in God's Word. We seek to limit our services to between five and seven sessions. Long term needs are referred to qualified professionals in our area.

To allow us to be effective at helping, when you come to the office, we will ask you to fill out some important documents that will provide us with the information we need to best counsel with you. To increase our efficiency, the Counseling Intake Form is available in an online format. Please fill out the form and click the Submit button. It will print in our counseling office, and we will be sure your counselor has the information so he or she can be prepared to provide you the best possible service.

You may also read through our Confidentiality Agreement online. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked to sign this document and our receptionist will witness it and provide a copy for your records.
