About Jaime
Jaime earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Her counseling approach is client-centered and biblically informed, integrating a variety of evidence-based modalities, including family systems theory, play therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Jaime is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
She has experience addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, premarital and marital counseling, parenting challenges, and life adjustments. Jaime embraces a holistic approach to counseling, focusing on the integration of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being to support meaningful and lasting healing.
