Midweek Buffet (formerly Wednesday Night Dinner) is a sit-down meal is served in the CrossWalk Conference Center dining area. Let our staff personally greet and serve you in our serving lines. Serving lines open 4:45-5:45 p.m. every Wednesday during the Spring and Fall semesters, except during spring break and some holidays. GABC Culinary Service not only provides church-wide meals on Wednesday nights September–May, but it also stays busy serving other ministries’ needs during the week. If your organization would like to schedule an event that requires meals, visit our Menus section or contact Eddy Espinosa at 903-525-3277.

The GABC Culinary Service staff will serve the meats/proteins and guests may self-serve vegetables and starches.
