If you show a movie in:
- Adult Education Building
- Family Life Center
- Lighthouse
- Preschool Building
- Retreat Center
- Student Center
- Worship Center

If you show a movie in the CrossWalk Conference Center, including the smaller rooms on the first floor:
- The conference center holds its own license. Please submit the CrossWalk Movie Request INSTEAD of the form below.
- Completed requests may be turned in to the Church Receptionist (located in the Lighthouse).
- Please
contact the Broadcast Coordinator at 903-525-3251 for further details or questions.

If you want to show a movie at The ROC (Recreation Outreach Center):

Films NOT covered by our license may NOT be shown on church property. Film license good on GABC property only. No films may be shown off campus except on approved properties (The ROC and the GABC Retreat Center). Movies shown not covered by our license are illegal and very, very expensive if you are caught violating copyright law.
No verbal, telephone or email movie requests accepted.
Television series/programs/clips are not covered by our license.
Movies on our library shelves are not necessarily "approved." They are
for general checkout and must be approved just like any other film.
Please give us ample time to research your request (3-5 days preferred)
GUIDELINES
The following are terms and conditions contingent upon approval of the movie(s) you requested.
These are not our rules, they are a combination of the Motion Picture Licensing Corporation license restrictions and laws set up by the U.S. Copyright Office in section 110 of the Copyright Law of the United States.
- The motion picture shall take place on Green Acres Baptist Church property ONLY.
- You may not advertise or publicize motion picture title to the general public, aside from posters in the building or in the church bulletin/worship folder. References to the title will be removed prior to online posting of worship folder items.
- You may not charge admission of any kind, either to view the motion picture or for entry to an event in which a movie or clip from a movie is shown.
- You may show ONLY the approved motion picture.
- You may not record audio or video in any format of the motion picture.
- You may not edit the motion picture for use in another medium. Movie shown is limited to viewing on 4 visual devices or less.
- Visual device must be 55" or LESS diagonally (corner to corner), unless you are in the CrossWalk Conference Center. If this request is for the conference center, do not complete the online form below. Use the CrossWalk Movie Request and return completed version to the Church Receptionist (located in the Lighthouse). If your request is for The ROC, do not complete the online form below. Contact the Broadcast Coordinator at 903-525-3251.
- You may only show the movie in one room or adjoining outdoor space.
- If using the movie audio ONLY, you are limited to no more than 6 loudspeakers, of which not more than 4 speakers are located in any 1 room or adjoining outdoor space.
The breaking of any of these terms makes the church AND your organization liable for any copyright violations and resulting fines.
