WE HAVE BEEN PLANNING AND PRAYING
for this day for over a year. This Sunday morning we move from three to four worship services and launch the new CROSSWALK WORSHIP. This is an exciting time in the life of our church and we welcome everyone who will come to worship and study with us this Sunday! We are so BLESSED to have the wonderful facilities we have so that we can be ready for future growth.
WEBS RESUMED LAST WEDNESDAY
night and we had a great crowd present as I jumped back into our study of the Book of Revelation. WEBS is a college/seminary level Bible Study where I go a lot deeper into the exegesis of the text than I'm able to do on Sundays. We start at 6pm sharp and end at 6:30. Hope to see YOU this Wednesday!
CALLING ALL MEN!
Instead of resuming Men's Fraternity on Friday mornings we are going to offer several large breakfast events throughout the year. We're calling these "THE BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS - LEADERSHIP LESSONS FOR MEN."
Our first breakfast is Friday, September 24 at 6:30 in Crosswalk Central. Our speaker is Judge Ken Starr. You might remember him as a nationally renowned special prosecutor during the Clinton Administration. Judge Starr is the new President of Baylor University and he will have a powerful message to share with men.
Tickets are $5 and can be obtained in our GABC Bookstore or online (after 8:00 a.m. Thursday, August 26). I encourage ALL guys to attend this breakfast and to bring a friend or two with you!
