New Member Shepherding

This group organizes teams of women to welcome new members through personal contact, notes and phone calls to acquaint them with their new church family.

Caring Hands

Meets the first Thursday of every month, producing creative products for needs throughout the community.

Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS)

MOPS is a place of rest, instruction, support, and encouragement for mothers of infants through kindergarten age children. It offers a place to discover biblical principles relevant to your season of life, where women can make new friends, share experiences, laugh together, and express their creativity. Join us as we support one another in that all-important task of motherhood.

Mother/Daughter/Grandmother Mission Trips

Make a memory and touch someone’s life through a Mother/Daughter outreach each summer—for daughters age ten and over!

Kenyan Girls

A ministry seeking sponsorships for young girls fleeing FGM (Female Genital Mutilation) through monthly donations. Learn how you can be a part of this developing outreach by calling the Women’s Office.

The Downtown Lunch Bunch

Approximately sixty percent of the Green Acres women are Marketplace Christian Women with diverse needs, so we offer user-friendly opportunities for spiritual nourishment on-the-run! Take advantage of www.encouraging.com, Sunday evening small groups, and the Wednesday Lunch Bunch at Jakes on the Square.

Join hundreds of Spanish speaking women in a time of Bible study, leadership development and mentoring.

Domestic Violence

Keeping the Faith, Questions Christian Women Ask About Domestic Violence available at no cost in the Women’s Restrooms in the Worship Center Foyer.

Husbands Addicted to Porn

Free booklets, When Your Husband is Addicted to Porn are available in the Worship Center Restrooms. Learn more about confidential small group book studies for women by calling the Women’s Office.

Job Training

Christian Women’s Job Corps (CWJC) combines life and job skills classroom instruction with mentoring to assist women in moving from dependency to self-sufficiency and employability.

Ministry in Motion Informs women by email when a ministry opportunity develops. Women can pray or respond as they feel led.
