Theology Course: Bibliology & Hermeneutics

This combined course will help the student overcome obstacles to personal, meaningful Bible study. Authors, cultures, languages, genres, and context will be covered. Bibliology traces how God’s great message to man became the text of the Bible. Hermeneutics teaches the art and science of studying scripture.

Biblical Exposition Course: Exposition of the Book of Acts

The Book of Acts is a unique New Testament book, giving us an accurate account of the miraculous
birth of the church and the ministries of the apostles following the coming of the Spirit at Pentecost.

New Member Shepherding

This group organizes teams of women to welcome new members through personal contact, notes and phone calls to acquaint them with their new church family.

Caring Hands

Meets the first Thursday of every month, producing creative products for needs throughout the community.

Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS)

MOPS is a place of rest, instruction, support, and encouragement for mothers of infants through kindergarten age children. It offers a place to discover biblical principles relevant to your season of life, where women can make new friends, share experiences, laugh together, and express their creativity. Join us as we support one another in that all-important task of motherhood.

Mother/Daughter/Grandmother Mission Trips

Make a memory and touch someone’s life through a Mother/Daughter outreach each summer—for daughters age ten and over!

Kenyan Girls

A ministry seeking sponsorships for young girls fleeing FGM (Female Genital Mutilation) through monthly donations. Learn how you can be a part of this developing outreach by calling the Women’s Office.

Job Training

Christian Women’s Job Corps (CWJC) combines life and job skills classroom instruction with mentoring to assist women in moving from dependency to self-sufficiency and employability.
