Goal: Help, encourage, and lead out in areas related to specific physical needs of the missionaries.

Objectives:

1. Meet monthly to discuss progress and new options
2. Help with packing and moving.
1. Enlist volunteers
2. Schedule times volunteers
3. Research and discover practical information about the country and people group they will serve.
4. Research Health Insurance options for the missionary
5. Research Airfare to and from their place of service (will be on going)
1. Extra luggage costs for airlines
2. Shipping luggage/items
6. Transportation for state-side visits
7. Send messages on CD of our church services
8. Find equipment and supplies needed that may not be available to missionary
1. Regularly communicate to be able to send items with mission teams when they visit.
9. Research Visa needs and requirements
10. Recommend or send new bible studies.
